How do I request a quote from SureTel?
Complete the Request a Quote form, choose the service you are interested in and provide your business contact details. Add an address when it is relevant to the service, especially for connectivity, onsite PBX, Managed IT onsite work or CCTV. You can also call SureTel if your requirement is easier to discuss.
What services can I request a quote for?
You can request a quote for Cloud PBX, VoIP, SIP Trunking, Business Connectivity, Business Fibre, Wireless Internet, Licensed Microwave, LTE/5G Backup, Hosted VICIdial, Onsite PBX, Managed IT and CCTV. Choose Not sure — please advise when you want help selecting the right service.
Can I request a quote for more than one SureTel service?
Yes. Use the message field to list the services, sites or business outcomes you want to discuss. This is useful when you need a combined communication and connectivity solution, such as business internet with Cloud PBX or VoIP.
Do I need to provide an address?
The address field is visible on every quote request because it gives useful business context. It is required for address-led connectivity, onsite PBX, onsite Managed IT work and CCTV enquiries, where suitability, feasibility or installation requirements may need to be assessed.
What happens after I submit my quote request?
SureTel receives the enquiry with the service and page context you provided. The team reviews the requirements and may contact you for clarification, feasibility information or the next commercial step before preparing a quote where appropriate.
Can I request a quote if I do not know which service I need?
Yes. Select Not sure — please advise and describe the problem you want to solve, such as replacing an old phone system, improving business internet, adding backup connectivity or setting up a call-centre dialler.
Does submitting a quote request commit my business to a contract?
No. A quote request starts a commercial conversation; it does not by itself confirm service availability, final pricing, installation timing or contractual acceptance. Any final service arrangement remains subject to the relevant scope, feasibility and agreement process.
Are SureTel prices shown including VAT?
Where SureTel publishes a price on a relevant service or pricing page, it is shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. The final quote can depend on the selected service, location, feasibility, users, equipment, installation, call usage, contract term or support requirements.
Should I use the Coverage Checker instead of this form?
Use the Coverage Checker when your only question is whether business internet may be available at a specific address. Use the Request a Quote page when you need pricing, advice, a broader solution, a bundle or a conversation about multiple services.
How is my enquiry information used?
SureTel uses the information you submit to respond to your request and manage the related sales enquiry. The form links to the current Privacy Policy; optional marketing consent is separate from the required privacy acknowledgement and is never pre-ticked.
