What SureTel VoIP costs
SureTel VoIP is billed in two ways: per-minute call rates from R0.30 per minute excluding VAT (with per-second billing where applicable), or a monthly minute bundle from R300 per month excluding VAT. DIDs are R10 per number per month and eligible number porting is R40 once-off per number. The right model depends on your monthly minutes, destinations and existing setup — request a quote to confirm.

From-pricing, not a destination rate card
The R0.30 per-minute figure is the published starting guidance. Final per-minute rates depend on destination (local, mobile, international), time of day and call type, and are confirmed in the quote. Calls are never included in a bundle's monthly fee unless explicitly scoped.

Per-second billing and minute bundles, explained
A VoIP call is rated using the per-minute rate for its destination, measured in seconds (where per-second billing applies), and billed either against a minute bundle or as a pay-as-you-go charge. The diagram below is illustrative only — it shows the path a call follows from your phone to a billed line item.

Low / variable call volume
Call rates may suit businesses with unpredictable or low monthly minutes; you pay only for what you use.
Predictable monthly volume
A minute bundle from R300/month may suit teams with steady monthly usage and a need for predictable spend.
Mostly inbound business
DIDs plus a small calling allowance often fit inbound-led teams; bundle sizing is confirmed on quote.
Outbound-led / contact-driven
Larger bundles can fit outbound-heavy teams; for dedicated call-centre dialling consider Hosted VICIdial.
