Yealink phones can be supplied configured for your extensions, so they're ready to plug in. Many existing SIP phones can be configured too (compatibility is confirmed on your quote), or staff can use the mobile app at R20 per extension per month.
4. Your numbers move across
Porting costs R40 once-off per eligible number excl. VAT. Timing depends on how quickly the losing provider responds and whether the request is complete, so plan the switch with a buffer.
5. Remote support
After go-live, changes and support are handled remotely, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Phones need a working internet connection. Check coverage for your address, or browse VoIP phones.
