How SureTel prices its services

SureTel is a licensed South African ISP and voice provider operating since 2010. Public pricing on this site is indicative, quoted in South African Rand and excludes VAT unless stated otherwise. Onsite PBX, Managed IT and CCTV are priced on request after scoping.

Connectivity

Final pricing follows feasibility or scoping

Connectivity from-prices are indicative and depend on the address, available network, capacity, equipment, installation scope and contract term. Hardware- and project-led services (Onsite PBX, Managed IT, CCTV) are quoted on request after scoping. SureTel does not publish SLA / uptime numbers on this page.

Problems this page solves

Comparing telecoms pricing shouldn't be a black box

Quotes are hard to compare
Telecoms proposals mix once-off, monthly, per-user and per-minute charges. SureTel uses a single from-price framework with consistent excl-VAT wording so you can compare apples with apples.
Hidden install or hardware costs
Address-led services depend on feasibility, equipment and installation scope. SureTel confirms these before any commitment so the final number reflects your actual site.
Mixed comms + internet bills
Voice and connectivity from different providers means three invoices and three support lines. SureTel quotes a single solution for both where it fits.
Right-sizing for SMEs
You don't need enterprise tooling priced for an enterprise. SureTel tiers Cloud PBX, VoIP and connectivity so smaller teams pay for what they actually use.
Call-centre cost predictability
Dialler platforms can balloon with minute and seat creep. Hosted VICIdial is per-agent with transparent outbound rates and optional minute bundles.
Backup connectivity without paying twice
LTE/5G backup is sized as a continuity layer over your primary link, not a duplicate fibre line — priced as backup, not as a second main service.

Why this pricing model

Honest from-pricing, sized to your business

  • Indicative from-pricing

Public starting prices on every priced service, in ZAR, excl. VAT.

  • Feasibility-first

Address-led services confirm pricing after a site check, not before.

  • South African support

    Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 from a licensed local ISP since 2010.

  • One quote, comms + internet

Voice and connectivity quoted together where it fits — one provider, one invoice.

Use cases

How South African businesses combine these services

Small office moving off old landlines
Cloud PBX extensions + a business fibre line where feasible. One monthly bill, modern features, no PBX hardware to maintain.
Multi-branch business
Cloud PBX across all sites + per-branch connectivity (fibre or wireless) with LTE/5G backup where uptime matters.
Remote-first team
VoIP softphones and Cloud PBX extensions priced per user, no per-site install. Add minute bundles for predictable monthly spend.
Sales / collections call centre
Hosted VICIdial per-agent pricing with outbound rates and minute bundles. Connectivity sized for the agent count and codec profile.
Existing PBX, new lines
SIP trunking quoted per channel and usage — keep the PBX you have, modernise the calling layer underneath.
Site without business fibre
Business wireless internet (subject to coverage and feasibility) instead of waiting on a fibre build — quoted from R735 / month excl. VAT.

What a from-price means

"From R…" — read this once

From-prices are the most useful planning number a telecoms provider can publish — and the most easily misread. SureTel uses them so you can compare options early; the final quote reflects your actual requirements.

“From R…”

The starting price for the most common entry tier on standard requirements. Final pricing varies with users, sites, hardware, install, contract term and usage.

Indicative

A figure given so you can plan and compare. It is not a binding quote — SureTel issues a formal proposal after scoping or feasibility.

Subject to feasibility

Address-led services (fibre, wireless, microwave, LTE/5G backup) need a site check before pricing is final. Coverage and installation scope can change the figure.
