What does “per agent” mean?

The published platform fee is calculated from the number of agents required in the selected Hosted VICIdial environment. The minimum published service size is 10 agents.

Why are outbound calls not included in the platform price?

Calling use depends on volume, destinations and the selected voice arrangement. Keeping it separate avoids presenting a call-cost assumption as a fixed platform price.

When can a minute bundle help?
