Remote response and onsite visits
- Remote-first support Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, excluding South African public holidays
- Critical (P1) issues: initial response within 60 minutes during contracted support hours — a response target, not a guaranteed fix time
- Onsite visits when needed: R450 per hour (minimum one hour) plus R4.95/km return travel, with no extra charge for travel time
- No guaranteed onsite arrival time, and no after-hours or 24/7 cover in the base service
Support is remote-first from Krugersdorp, which is reasonably close to Randburg's western suburbs. Onsite work is still booked as needed and charged separately; closeness doesn't mean a guaranteed arrival time.
