    These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SureTel website and digital services, including our use of third-party API integrations such as Google Ads and Google Business Profile.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    1.1By accessing or using the SureTel website (suretel.co.za), any SureTel digital platform, or any service provided through these platforms, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

    1.2If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and all related digital services immediately.

    1.3SureTel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

    1.4These Terms supplement (and do not replace) SureTel's Master Terms of Service, which govern the supply of goods and services under separate agreement.

    2. Service Description

    2.1SureTel CC is a South African provider of business technology solutions. The services marketed and managed through this website include, but are not limited to:

    2.1 Communication Solutions

    Business VoIP telephone systems
    Cloud PBX and hosted PBX platforms
    SIP trunking and call routing
    Onsite PBX phone systems
    Hosted VICIdial contact centre platforms

    2.2 Connectivity Solutions

    Business fibre internet
    Wireless and microwave connectivity
    LTE backup solutions
    Static IP and network infrastructure

    2.3 IT & Security Services

    Managed IT support and outsourced IT
    Firewall and endpoint protection
    CCTV and surveillance systems
    Backup and disaster recovery

    2.4 Infrastructure Services

    Linux VPS hosting
    Cloud VPS infrastructure
    Colocation hosting

    2.2SureTel's website also provides informational content, a coverage checker tool, blog articles, and lead generation forms designed to connect prospective customers with the appropriate SureTel service team.

    3. User Accounts

    3.1Certain areas of the SureTel website and administrative tools may require user registration or authentication.

    3.2When creating an account, you agree to:

    3.2.1Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
    3.2.2Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
    3.2.3Notify SureTel immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

    3.3SureTel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of:

    3.3.1Breach of these Terms;
    3.3.2Fraudulent or unlawful activity;
    3.3.3Misuse of any SureTel platform or API integration.

    3.4You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. SureTel shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

    4. Third-Party API Integrations

    4.1SureTel integrates with certain third-party application programming interfaces (APIs) to support its internal business operations. These integrations include:

    4.1 Google Ads API

    4.1.1SureTel accesses Google Ads data through the Google Ads API solely for the purpose of monitoring advertising campaign performance within SureTel's internal SEO & Content Dashboard.

    4.1.2Data retrieved via the Google Ads API is used exclusively by authorised SureTel personnel and is not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

    4.2 Google Business Profile API

    4.2.1SureTel accesses Google Business Profile data through the Google Business Profile API solely for the purpose of managing SureTel's own business listing, publishing updates, and monitoring review activity within SureTel's internal SEO & Content Dashboard.

    4.2.2Data retrieved via the Google Business Profile API is used exclusively by authorised SureTel personnel and is not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

    4.3 General Third-Party API Terms

    4.3.1SureTel may integrate with additional third-party APIs from time to time (e.g., coverage lookup services, CRM platforms). All such integrations are subject to the relevant third-party provider's terms of service and data policies.

    4.3.2SureTel does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of any third-party API-dependent feature.

    4.3.3SureTel shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability, modification, or discontinuation of any third-party API service.

    5. Google API Services User Data Policy

    Limited Use Disclosure

    SureTel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    5.1SureTel accesses Google API data (including data from Google Ads and Google Business Profile) solely for the following internal purposes:

    5.1.1Monitoring and optimising SureTel's own advertising campaigns via the internal SEO & Content Dashboard;
    5.1.2Managing SureTel's Google Business Profile listing, publishing posts, and reviewing customer feedback;
    5.1.3Generating internal performance reports for SureTel management.

    5.2SureTel does not:

    5.2.1Share Google API data with any third party;
    5.2.2Sell, lease, or sublicense Google API data;
    5.2.3Use Google API data for purposes unrelated to SureTel's own business operations;
    5.2.4Allow Google API data to be used by or transferred to any tool, model, or application that is not directly operated by SureTel.

    5.3All Google API data is stored securely within SureTel's infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised SureTel personnel with a legitimate business need.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    6.1To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SureTel, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

    6.1.1Your use of, or inability to use, the SureTel website or any digital service;
    6.1.2Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content published on the website;
    6.1.3Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
    6.1.4The conduct or content of any third party on or through the website.

    6.2SureTel's total aggregate liability under these Terms, whether in contract, delict (tort), or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) R1,000.00 (one thousand Rand) or (b) the total fees paid by you to SureTel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    6.3The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SureTel makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

    Disclaimer

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable South African law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where applicable.

    7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    7.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

    7.2Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa, or at SureTel's discretion, the Magistrate's Court having jurisdiction.

    7.3The parties agree that they will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.

    7.4If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
